Will every broken PDF come back whole?
No. OfflinePDF's Repair PDF tool says rebuilt when the file parsed cleanly, and partially recovered when damaged objects were skipped. Some files are too damaged to recover at all.
Is a password-protected PDF 'damaged'?
OfflinePDF's Repair PDF tool does not unlock files. Remove the password with Remove Password first if you know it.
