Why is my EPUB empty or refused?
OfflinePDF's PDF to EPUB tool refuses image-only PDFs, the same way Extract Text does. Run OCR PDF first so there is text to wrap.
Will chapters and images match the PDF?
OfflinePDF's PDF to EPUB tool writes one section per page of extracted text. It does not rebuild columns, images, or the original line layout.
