How to Convert PowerPoint to PDF Free

Turn a .pptx into a PDF in your browser, with text and images kept and honest limits on layout.

What you get

Each slide becomes one page with its text and pictures. Exact positioning is approximate: the tool rebuilds slides from the file's text boxes and images, it does not run PowerPoint's layout engine.

What is left out

  • Animations, transitions, and speaker notes
  • Charts, SmartArt, and embedded video
  • EMF, WMF, and SVG pictures
  • Only .pptx files; old .ppt is not supported

How to convert

  1. Open PowerPoint to PDF and add your .pptx.
  2. Check the preview.
  3. Click Save as PDF (Print) and choose "Save as PDF" as the destination, in landscape.

Privacy

The file is read and sanitized on your device. Script, style, and remote content in the file are stripped, and nothing is uploaded.
