Best effort
The tool reads where each piece of text sits on the page and guesses rows and columns from how it lines up. One sheet is made per page.
- Clean grid-style tables usually come out well.
- Merged cells, wrapped cells, and tables without clear gaps may need hand fixing.
- Scanned PDFs have no text to read. Run OCR PDF first.
How to convert
- Open PDF to Excel and add your PDF.
- Click Convert to Excel.
- Open the .xlsx and check the numbers against the PDF.
