First sheet only
This tool reads .xlsx and .xls and exports the first sheet. If the workbook has more sheets, the PDF title says so. To convert a different sheet, move it to the front in Excel, or save that sheet as CSV and use CSV to PDF.
Merged cells keep their value in the top-left cell. The header row is bold and cells have borders. Excel fonts, colors, and real merged spans are not copied.
How to convert Excel to PDF
- Open Excel to PDF.
- Upload the workbook.
- Click Convert to PDF and download
spreadsheet.pdf.
